Made for Scrapiteria theme of the week - "Accidents Happen". Approx. A3 size. The collage is made using vintage papers (except for the red paper) I collected on my travels.

One day when we were young

I gave this collage to a Russian friend. It was a total surprise. I just sent it. I like giving things when they are least expected. He had it framed and now it's hanging in his office. Most of his colleagues have photos of their kids or some work-related graphics hanging on their walls. He's very proud of being different like that. He also wears pristinely pressed shirts with stylish cuff links, which I think is great.

Writer's (un)block

I'm really slack at keeping up this blog. I'm really sorry about that. I've been away for a few weeks and will try to get back into making some new collages very soon. Here is one from a while back made using the hardcover of an old book for the background. I recently saw an exhibition by an amazing German artist Neo Rauch who I think will inspire some new work. Which reminds me that I need to get some more black paper. Good stuff that.
